Had to scramble to get someone to chair the nooner this morning. Kinda lost track of time while i was unpacking boxes and the fact i really couldn't do it cause i have the kids this week. Turns out J is horribly sick today with a cold and couldn't do it like we'd planned.
Luckily our friend P is living with her now and he said he'd do it. Dropped the stuff he needs for the meeting off at her place this morning. P and J's new bf totally cleaned the place up while she was gone for 2 weeks. It's amazing. You'd have to see what it was like to believe it. Imagine the worst mess you have ever seen and times it by 50, add 4 guinea pigs and 2 kids... that was J's place. She's lived on the streets since she was 14 and just has no clue how to live normal. Can't believe those two guys were actually able to clean her place up... what a huge job... musta taken them the whole two weeks. It's like the sweetest thing.
I was kinda wondering about them cause M 13 stepped her... and that's a no no... but i dunno... things are lookin pretty good so ... :)

"I have heard it all my life,
A voice calling a name i recognized as my own.
Sometimes it comes as a soft bellied whisper.
Sometimes it holds an edge of urgency.
But always it says:
Wake up my love.
You are walking asleep.
There's no safety in that."
