I Love Ralph
Well there seems to be some confusion over whether i support Ralph our fearless leader or not. So it would appear i have no choice but to come right out and admit it... yes i love the guy... i've voted for Ralph in every election since the day i could vote and his name was on the ballot. I haven't always agreed with every little thing he's done but then show me a perfect politician and i'll show you ummm a .... ummm a perfect husband... ya ... that's it.
What can i say??? I like the guy. I liked him when he was mayor of Calgary and i like him now as Premier of our province. He's not perfect but then who is. Politicians are not elected to do every single little thing that the people tell them to do. They are there because they have the trust of the people to make smart, informed decisions and keep most of the promises they made when elected.
Klein has the earned the respect of many Albertans, many Canadians and even many people on a world scale because Alberta is the most prosperous province in Canada. Oh and btw we don't need Kyoto to keep our country free of pollution. We may have needed the boot in the ass it gave us... but we don't need the actual protocol itself. Just thought i'd through that in.
The oil companies are quite capable of pumping out the technology to keep our country nice and clean which in turn creates more jobs without having that rammed down their throats and at the same time pumping millions of dollars out of the country.
Now where was i... oh yea spouting my love of Ralph. Well maybe that is enough Ralph love for now. Oh one more thing did i mention hubs worked out with Ralph a couple weeks ago? Well he didn't exactly workout "with him". He sat down at a weight machine and Ralph just happened to be on the next machine. And ya know what?... he's lookin pretty damn good apparently. And for the record he's a "recovering alcoholic". He's in awesome shape hubs said. And no unfortunately hubs did not bring up the subject of our outrageously high utility bills which was my first question. He just said, "Hi how's it goin Ralph?"... f*ck talk about a missed opportunity... lol. So that's Ralph for ya... still working out at the same old club in Calgary.

"I have heard it all my life,
A voice calling a name i recognized as my own.
Sometimes it comes as a soft bellied whisper.
Sometimes it holds an edge of urgency.
But always it says:
Wake up my love.
You are walking asleep.
There's no safety in that."
