G*d i love Ralph. Yes Ralph Klein our premier... the premier of Alberta. If ya don't love him you've at least gotta have some respect for how this guy works. Half the country hates Chretien. Half the country hates Chretien for not backing the States. Most Americans hate us for not backing them.
What does Ralph do? He fires off a letter to Bush kissing his ass and telling him what a fantastic world leader he is... he tells Bush what a great job he's doing keeping the world safe from manaical, sadistic, murderers such as Sadam and pledges Albertas support to the States. Now just in case he's offended every peace loving person in the province he covers his ass by...
... throwing out 5.5 billion dollars in new funding for schools, roads and a new childrens hospital in Calgary. Man the guy is my f*cking hero... lolol.
