OMG what a mess i had to clean up this morning. It's nice to have a husband that cooks and bakes etc but not so nice if you could see the mess he makes. He is the messiest person on the face of the earth. There's coffee thrown all up the cupboards... grounds all over the floor... flour EVERYwhere... it was a disaster. You'd have to live here for awhile to believe how much mess one person can make. But hey that's half the reason i don't work... outside the home. :P
Well i got two kids baptised Catholic now. Who woulda thunk. Not exactly the religion that most closely reflects my beliefs but what the heck. :) My 9 yr old has wanted to be baptised for a long time now because she goes to a Catholic school. We got the little one thrown in at the same time cause she'll be going to the same school.
I'm not particularly religious... i didn't grow up in a church going family but i would like my kids to grow up believing in a higher power. I think it makes life a lot easier if you do.

"I have heard it all my life,
A voice calling a name i recognized as my own.
Sometimes it comes as a soft bellied whisper.
Sometimes it holds an edge of urgency.
But always it says:
Wake up my love.
You are walking asleep.
There's no safety in that."
