Those were exactly the words i needed to hear. :)
Well i just got back from a jaunt up the hill with Toby. It's a beautiful mild fall day. A bit warmer than i expected... kinda overdressed for the occasion. Took my cam... the fall colors are incredible. The other side of the hill is amazing but this side isn't bad either. :) Unfortunately, the regular 35mm cam was the most convenient to take so it will be awhile before i get the pics back.
I'm surviving on coffee today. I know it's not healthy but i'm disappointed with myself for gaining those 15lbs since last summer... yes it's 15lbs now. Somedays it's just easier not to eat at all than to eat healthy. Just like smoking... easier not to do it at all than try to control it.
