Too wild... there was a wolf standing across the street from our house only 20 feet up the hill when i drove the kids to school this morning. In 15yrs of living here i have never seen a wolf do that. We know they are around at night sometimes and hidden in the trees etc during the day but i've never seen one out in the open around here. Occasionally up in Banff you'll see one bouncing down the side of the road intent on going somewhere... minding their own business. Dunno what this one wanted... whether it was sick or just not scared of people anymore... too strange. The garbage was all picked up yesterday so there isn't much to scrounge through. Even more amazing it was there again when we came back... just standing there looking at the road again.
