Another hiker is attacked in Banff by a female grizzly. Jeez that seems to be happening a lot lately... maybe it just seems like it to me cause being attacked by a bear is right at the top of my list of things i never want to have happen to me.
Even more scary he was an experienced hiker doing all the right things... singing and making noise to scare off any bears and he walked right into her and her cubs anyway. He got bit once reaching for his bear spray. Gotta get me some of that there bear spray. Apparently he sprayed her once and she took off.
