Updates/Announcements
Currently i don't know if i'm going to maintain
my blog on a daily basis but i am going to blog ACC (cancer) updates - the
original reason for creating my webpage and blog. *Hugs* to my friends and i wish
anyone looking for information about cancer on behalf of themselves or friends

1. What do you do to make things better when you feel sad and/or lonely?
I prefer to avoid getting sad or lonely in the first place... but if that has failed ummmm i probably either eat, cry, stare out the window at the hill, talk to Ward or just wallow in it... lol... oh guess that wouldn't really make me feel better tho now would it... hmmm. A good cuddle with someone who cares is the best cure.
2. Are you a "touchy-feely" person? That is, do you like to touch people you don't know that well? And on the flipside of that, do you like being touched by someone you aren't close with?
Wanting to touch people you don't know well? Sounds like some obsessive compulsive problem. Ummm i don't mind the flipside so much... as long as we're talking the normal huggy kissy stuff and not being groped by some loserhead. I'm a tad "touchy-feely" with the people i'm very close to.
3. Do you like to have "me" time, time to yourself to be alone and relax? Or do you prefer to just do your own thing with someone else in the room? When was the last "me" time you got and what did you do?
Omg i LOVE alone me time... i live for alone time. I had some major me time last week when the kids were in Banff and i did whatever i felt like doing. Went shopping, worked out, went swimming, sat in front of my pc, visited with friends.......
4. Generally speaking, how do you feel about the concept of marriage? Are you the marrying type? Do you think the act of getting married means something today or is it simply just "a piece of paper?"
I would call this not an especially appealing subject at the moment. Ummmm well obviously i'm the marrying type or i was since i got married at 21 and have been married for 17yrs now. Yea i think it still means something from a religious, emotional, traditional, demonstration of commitment, "look everyone i wanna spend the rest of my life with this person" point of view. Legally it's all the same these days.... cohabiting is cohabiting with or without the certificate.
5. That said, as many as 25 states have passed legislation regulating who they believe should be the "marrying type." What are your thoughts on the banning of same-sex marriages?
Let whoever wants to marry get married... not necessarily in a church if it goes against that churches beliefs.
6. If there was one law you had the ability to create or change, what would it be?
Legalize marijuana... kidding... that woulda been my choice a few years ago... now ummmmm i dunno... nothing comes to mind... name something... i'll probably go along with it...
7. What would you like someone visiting your Blog for the first time to know about you? Now is your chance!
I'm not wearing any underwear.
