Meditating
This is kinda kewl. I mentioned in my monday mission i've been trying to get into meditating everyday and this site has a few short audio blurbs to help you do just that. It can be hard to force yourself to make the time for it even if it is only for 5min which is my goal for the first few weeks.
If a person has a really deep interest in spiritual growth, he or she cannot do away with the practice of meditation. That is the key.
