Health Stuff
I can't remember where i left off with regards to my husband... so i'll start with today i guess. He saw the respiratory doc today who did his lung biopsy awhile back. They all agree he has sarcoidosis and a fairly serious case of it because ti's effecting his eyes and lungs. Apparently his lung function tests have worsened significantly since the last one approx 6mos ago.
They plan for him to go on high dose steroids for a month and then a more normal dose for 9mos. There are two things my husband hates... steroids and lumbar punctures and both are going to play an integral part of his treatment unfortunately.
